A vanilla envelope is a design-build offering where we fully design and construct the building shell and exterior, delivering the interior as a clean, move-in-ready blank canvas. Finished floors, walls, and neutral paint are provided, allowing clients the freedom to customize and furnish the space to fit their unique vision.
Our client wanted a vanilla envelope to design their pet resort in Middlebury, Connecticut. This building features doggie play areas, lodging for your beloved animal friends, outdoor turf potty areas, kitchen, and even a dog washing area.
